MITCHELL TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE
The Mitchell Township Planning Commission held public
hearing to receive public comment on the proposed updated
Zoning Ordinance on February 17, 2010 at 7:00 pm at the
Mitchell Township Hall located at 6849 W. Tower Road,
Curran, MI. The Planning Commission passed a resolution to
recommend adoption by the Township Board. Next, the
ordinance will be transmitted to the Alcona County Board of
Commissioners for the required 30 review period. After the
review period is completed the Township Board will consider
it for adoption.
