Alpena The launch provides access to the Thunder Bay River and provides parking for 7 vehicles. The ramp has a gravel surface of limited depth.
Bay View Park State Avenue Alpena The park provides a fenced playground for kids, restroom /shower building, a nearby boat harbor, picnic area, and an open area used for art fairs.
Thomson Park State Avenue Alpena Thomson Park receives heavy seasonal usage and is renowned for its excellent beach/swimming area.
Blair Street Park Blair Street Alpena The site offers a picnic area with grills, access to bike paths, and a handicapped-accessible fishing pier.
South Riverfront Park Water Street Alpena The location is composed of three parcels of land which are landscaped, offer concrete walkways, dock fishing, and provide docking of watercraft.
Arthur Sytek Park Bagley Street Bridge Alpena The park is owned by the city and leased to the road commission. It provides a canoe launch site, fishing access, and is landscaped with wildflowers.
Gleason Roadside Park M-32 & Eleventh Ave. Alpena This roadside park is maintained by the county road commission. The park offers wildlife viewing, picnic area, and fishing opportunities.
