Please be advised that the Northeast Michigan Council of Governments (NEMCOG), in coordination with City of Alpena, has completed an update to the City of Alpena Master Plan. The City of Alpena Council has approved the draft Master Plan for distribution to adjacent communities and all required agencies.
In accordance with the Michigan Planning Enabling Act, Public Act 33 of 2008, as amended, your community or agency has 63 days from the date the proposed Master Plan was submitted for review to provide written comments.
