Village of Posen Master Plan Amendment

Please be advised that the Northeast Michigan Council of Governments (NEMCOG), in coordination with the Village of Posen, has completed an amendment to the Village of Posen Master Plan, which has been approved by the Village Council for distribution to adjacent communities and all required agencies.

In accordance with Public Act 33 of 2008, as amended, your community/agency has 42 days from receipt of this notice to review the draft plan amendment and submit any comments. Please forward the draft to your Planning Commission and any other relevant parties for review.
